Order and product returns

Before reading the details of our returns policy, we give you a brief summary so that you do not have any doubts:

You can return any purchase (except books and guides) within 60 days of delivery of your order, without giving any explanation and without us giving you any problem.

You must bear in mind that to accept the return, the items to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, with their original packaging including labels, etc. otherwise we will reject the return and you will have to assume the return shipping costs.

In the case of ropes, harnesses, quickdraws and all safety material, returns will not be accepted if the item does not have its original seal or blister intact.

If any security element has a defect, it must be notified within 48 hours after delivery, otherwise it will be understood as a defect in use.

Return procedure


To make a return you simply have to tell us that you want to return your purchase and we will make the corresponding refund.

The process is as follows: you contact us and inform us that you want to return your purchase; We will provide you with a return number. You can then send your purchase to our warehouse address; When we receive it and verify that everything is correct, we will refund your money.
The shipping cost is your responsibility.

How to request a product return?

Through the forms that you will find in the private customer area of ​​our website or by making a return request through our email info@climbingzone.es
The entire order must be returned, with all the accessories and original packaging of the products.
If at the time of delivery of the merchandise to the customer, the customer notices visibly and clearly, without having to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by damage in transport or it is observed, in Likewise, an error in the merchandise received must be recorded on the delivery note and communicated to  climbingzone.de (email addressed to info@climbingzone.es ) .within 24 hours of receiving the order to be able to request the return of the affected product or products and thus the replacement with a new one or the refund of the price paid for it.
All products sold by Climbingzone.de have a warranty period of two years from the date of invoice, and may be repaired or replaced with the same product.

In the presence of the carrier: What to do before signing the "Pod" carrier's delivery note?

Check the number of packages you are receiving: they have to be the same as what appears on the transport document, called "pod".
Check the labels that appear on the packaging of the packages: they must include your name and delivery address.
Check the external condition of the packages: they must not show any signs of having been manipulated (for example, that they are closed with non-original or carrier tape) or that the packaging is damaged.

If, once these checks have been carried out, an anomaly is detected, do not forget to sign the carrier's document putting the word RESERVATION and detailing the type of anomaly found, for example " RESERVATION for two missing packages, or for a package with broken packaging."

What to do within a maximum period of 24 hours from delivery?

In the event that there is damage that may have occurred during transport and that could not be examined externally, it must be reported in writing to  climbingzone.de . 

 

Important: The deadlines for receiving these communications for returns are exhaustive. 24 hours from receipt for shipping damage or shipping errors; 14 days from receipt for the right of revocation and 60 days for the Cllimbing Zone free returns program; 2 years from the invoice date to exercise the warranty.
