The Beal Birdie is designed and manufactured by Beal, a world reference in the manufacture of ropes, which has achieved a semi-automatic brake almost identical to Petzl's Gri Gri but even more resistant thanks to its complete metal construction, and with a geometry improved that prevents the rope from curling
