The Explora harness from Fixe has 4 large material loops and the perfect adjustment capacity thanks to its 4 quick-adjustment buckles that allow you to perfectly tighten both the waist and the leg loops.
Feel the adrenaline, not the harness
- Dual Webbing: The Explora harness features a dual structure with two straps inserted into the padded waist area. Unlike other harnesses that have a single strap located in the middle, Dual Webbing distributes the weight evenly over the entire contact surface of the harness, as the straps are located on the upper and lower sides of the padding. This same construction is repeated in the padded area of the legs, where the straps are also located on the sides of the padded leg loops. This improves load distribution and reduces pressure on specific points, thus increasing comfort during long periods of use. These properties are maintained throughout the life of the harness.
- Adjustable straps measuring just 20 mm and 15 mm: Its narrow adjustable straps lighten the volume of the harness on clothing, facilitating mobility.
- 6mm FOAM padding: With 6mm FOAM on the entire surface of the harness, internally covered by a 3D, antibacterial and breathable inner fabric.
Other finishes
- Leg loop adjustment with clip: Clip to release the leg loops easily.
- Red colour code: All safety zones are marked in red, facilitating quick identification for monitoring throughout the life of the harness.
- Reinforced red ventral straps: Being one of the parts that wears the most, the reinforced ventral straps help to prolong the durability of the harness and also warn of its wear.
Innovations
- Fit Webbing®: allows you to secure the four adjustable straps with just Velcro, making for a precise fit that is extremely easy to use. The straps are perfectly attached to the harness, preventing their ends from getting in the way of the gear loops. When you remove the Velcro, all the straps are free and movement with the buckle is more fluid.
- Fine Adjust Buckles: Small aluminium buckles allow for a more fluid adjustment of the Explora harness, working smoothly over a webbing that is just 20 mm wide at the waist and 15 mm wide at the legs. Fit Webbing® gives the adjustable straps a wide range of movement, allowing the buckles to move quickly and smoothly.
- Dual Webbing: The Explora harness features a dual webbing construction that incorporates two webbing straps within the waist padding, distributing weight evenly across the entire contact surface.
